bisect--helper: retire `--bisect-write` subcommand

bisect--helper: retire `--bisect-write` subcommand

The `--bisect-write` subcommand is no longer used from the
git-bisect.sh shell script. Instead the function `bisect_write()`
is directly called from the C implementation.
