"git rebase --autosquash" is now enabled for non-interactive rebase,
but it is still incompatible with the apply backend.

* ak/rebase-autosquash:
  rebase: rewrite --(no-)autosquash documentation
  rebase: support --autosquash without -i
  rebase: fully ignore rebase.autoSquash without -i
