Another "set -u" fix for the bash prompt (in contrib/) script.

* vs/complete-with-set-u-fix:
  completion: protect prompt against unset SHOWUPSTREAM in nounset mode
  completion: fix prompt with unset SHOWCONFLICTSTATE in nounset mode
