Adjust sample hooks for hash algorithm other than SHA-1.

* dl/zero-oid-in-hooks:
  hooks--update.sample: use hash-agnostic zero OID
  hooks--pre-push.sample: use hash-agnostic zero OID
  hooks--pre-push.sample: modernize script
