"git log" and friends learned "--dd" that is a short-hand for
"--diff-merges=first-parent -p".

* so/diff-merges-dd:
  completion: complete '--dd'
  diff-merges: introduce '--dd' option
  diff-merges: improve --diff-merges documentation
