dcwapd: remove dcwapd and related packages

It seems these softwares are no longer maintained,
because the latest upstream commit is 7 years ago.
I think Wi-Fi 7 MLO provides similar feature.

This commit drops macremapper, libdcwproto, libdcwsocket,
dcstad, mrmctl and dcwapd.
