Just like "git var GIT_EDITOR" abstracts the complex logic to
choose which editor gets used behind it, "git var" now give support
to GIT_SEQUENCE_EDITOR.

* sa/git-var-sequence-editor:
  var: add GIT_SEQUENCE_EDITOR variable
