diff --cumulative is a sub-option of --dirstat

diff --cumulative is a sub-option of --dirstat

The option used to be implemented as if it is a totally independent one,
but "git diff --cumulative" would not mean anything without "--dirstat".

This makes --cumulative imply --dirstat.
