linenoise: update to 2026-03-02

- Add bracketed paste folding
- Add test for ANSI CSI escape sequences in the prompt.
- Treat ANSI CSI escape sequences as zero-width in utf8StrWidth().
- Fix tab handling when no completion is available.
- Fix ARM unsigned char warning.
