gpgme: update to 2.1.2

2.1.1:
- gpgme_op_export now also returns operational errors
- w32: improved debug output in spawn/selection functions, improved
  serialization between reader and writer threads, added CRLF handling
  for armored output in gpgme-json

2.1.2:
- w32: fixed a syntax error
