bsbf-resources: update to GIT HEAD of 2026-06-19

Update bsbf-resources to the GIT HEAD of 2026-06-19.

- files/etc/uci-defaults/99-bsbf-bonding:
  - Simplify the script and make sure multiple wan interfaces are processed
    properly.
  - Use routing table 1 instead of 100.
  - Make it able to install the bsbf-bonding package without needing
    bsbf-client-openwrt-installer.

- files/usr/sbin/bsbf-bonding:
  - Move uninstall functionality to makefile.
