Merge branch 'bp/widget-focus-hotkeys'

git-gui learned to switch focus between widgets "unstaged commits",
"staged commits", "diff", and "commit message" using the keyboard
shortcuts Alt+1, Alt+2, Alt+3, and Alt+4 respectively.
