transmission: update to version 4.1.2

Bugfix release fixing 20+ bugs plus minor performance improvements,
notably a 4.1.0 duplicate HTTP announce fix and a fix for downloads
stalling at 99%.

Drop 100-build-fix-external-project-builds-with-LTO-enabled-t.patch,
