travelmate: release 2.4.7-1

* harden the connectivity check in f_net()
* drop the ineffective 'trm_netcheck' term from the minimum signal
  quality branch in f_check()
* reset 'trm_connection' explicitly in the netcheck exit path
* log the affected uplink in the netcheck messages
* update and restructure the readme
