coova-chili: Fix compilation with newer GCC

Added -Wno-error to fix.

Also added patch to fix compilation without deprecated OpenSSL APIs.

Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

Switched libcyassl to libwolfssl.

Reorganized makefile for consistency between packages.
