python-pygments: bump to 2.20.0

Changes since 2.19.2:
- Added new Rell lexer; updated C++26 keywords, TOML 1.1.0,
  Python t-strings and PHP magic constants in existing lexers
- Fixed catastrophic backtracking in Archetype and Lua lexers
- Performance improvements via entry point caching
- Dropped Python 3.8, added Python 3.14 support
