openvpn: disable wolfssl support

WolfSSL support for OpenVPN is currently broken:
https://github.com/wolfSSL/wolfssl/pull/10309

Until a fix is available, disable WolfSSL as variant.
Support can be re-enabled when WolfSSL is updated.
